So i have kicked off my "09" with a diet and get fit plan.
I have started getting personal training lessons with a mate once a week and the hurts i walk out with saw arms and legs today i held 10kilos in each arm and did 30 sqats which was hard but i did it.
I have also uped my sport every week which now is
basketball tues sunday netball wed marshall arts thurs and personal training mon or fri and the thousand steps every saturday morning with rhiannen.
I have also been eating VEGETABLES yes me the person who calmes she is illergic to them just so i dont have to eat them.
So i hope i stick to it this time i think i will im starting to get arm muscles and slowly losing the belly fat, sometime soon ill be skinny and have muscles!!
